Huge junior made fall visits
Early in his high school career, Kettering (Ohio) Archbishop Alter class of 2009 prospect Max Plunkett thought he may be able to go to college for basketball. The 6-8, 295-pound offensive tackle quickly grew into a football prospect, however, and is now receiving considerable attention as an emerging football prospect.
Plunkett and his family took advantage of this fall to get an early jump on the recruiting process and accepted invitations from Louisville, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee to see home football games. His trip to Louisville took place the weekend of Oct. 27 when the Cardinals hosted Pittsburgh.
