Geno's not backing down

Prior to the regular season finale at Florida, Florida State linebacker Geno Hayes met with the media and shared his feelings about the Gators and Tim Tebow.

"Tim Tebow is going down this week. Ya'll put that down. That is our attitude."

Instead, it was Florida State that went went down, and went down hard to the tune of 45-12. Making matters worse for the 'Noles is that Tebow sliced and diced the Seminole defense both on the ground and through the air. His dominating performance in the game probably solidified his position in the eyes of the Heisman voters (he won the award last week).

"That was a very bad feeling and a tough loss," said a humbled Hayes. "The year before last we when there and lost 34-7, and this time we go there and get beat bad. It was a really tough loss, especially for me because I had my name on the line for this game. It was really tough."
