Kansas lands key target at QB

Just moments ago, Jordan Webb made an unexpected decision about his future. There was a time when the 6-foot-0, 204-pound pro-style quarterback from Union (MO) High School was set on taking his time with the recruitment process, but those plans have changed. Webb just informed Jayhawk Slant that he's given a verbal commitment to the Kansas Jayhawks.

Webb emerged as one of the top prospects in the state of Missouri during his junior season. In 11 games, the pro-style quarterback threw for 4,308 yards and tossed 55 touchdowns to just 11 interceptions.
