One factor is most important to Philipp

San Bernardino (Calif.) Arroyo Valley offensive linemen Michael Philipp is ranked as the top offensive guard prospect in the country by Rivals.com, but he hopes he never has to play that position in college. The 6-3, 320-pound Philipp wants to play left tackle even though he acknowledges his height is not ideal for the position.

Ranked as the No. 37 prospect in the country by Rivals.com, Philipp holds ten scholarship offer with all but one being from Pac-10 Conference schools.
