Miller left Athens motivated

Class of 2010 defensive end Corey Miller returned to Athens last weekend for Dawg Night and it was his third UGA camp over the past 12 months. The Duncan (S.C.) native is a true competitor that continues to improve and he wanted to show the Dawgs what he could do one more time.

"I feel like this last camp was my best one so far at Georgia," said Miller. "I have learned throughout the process and I think I just took everything I had learned and put it together this time. I gave my all, I think I did some good things, and I definitely think I left an impression."

The impression was likely a good one, but not quite good enough for an offer yet. It is early and Miller understands Georgia's position.

"I can see both sides really. I know I think I did well enough to get one, but I know Georgia has to be sure of everything before they offer me. I think I had a great showing, but I did not get the results I wanted, so that is frustrating. I know Georgia likes me, so I am just using this experience as motivation."

Georgia defensive ends coach Jon Fabris talked with the 6-foot-3, 220 pound junior at camps end.
