MORGANTOWN--When running backs/slot receivers coach Chris Beatty spoke about possibly focusing sophomore Mark Rodgers in the slot, he described the transition as "robbing Peter to pay Paul." Judging by the spring depth chart at tailback, Peter may be running short on currency.

Noel Devine headlines the position for the second straight season after a 1,289-yard campaign. The highlight impresario carried the ball a career-high 206 times (a 6.3-yard average) and netted over 125 yards in five contests. Consistency was not his forte.
