Five-star returns from unofficial

Defensive end Owamagbe Odighizuwa (6-3, 245, 4.7) from Portland (Ore.) David Douglas is drawing the kind of attention from the opposition that you would expect a five-star prospect to garner. The opposition has game planned for Odighizuwa and on almost every play he has had to fight through double teams.

Odighizuwa and his Douglas teammates are currently 0-2 on the season losing their first game in heartfelt fashion 27-26. The second game wasn't as close because Douglas was suffering from the hangover effects of their opener.

On the recruiting trail, things are much brighter at the present time for Odighizuwa. He has offers from schools coast-to-coast, but he is honing in on favorites.

"I took an unofficial visit to Oregon State on Saturday," Odighizuwa said. "It went pretty good. It was a good trip. Unfortunately they (Oregon State) lost to Cincinnati, who has pretty talented team across the board."
