Cinco Ranch coach not aware of running back transfer

There has been a report and lots of buzz about the transfer of Katy Cinco Ranch running back K.C. Nlemchi (LEM-chee) has transferred to a school in Southern California but Cougars coach Don Clayton tells the oldcoach.com that's not the case.
"No truth to it,' Clayton emailed. "We've heard the same thing and don't know where it started."

Nlemchi is coming off a junior season in in which he was the District 17-5A Offensive MVP and helped Cinco Ranch to its best season in school history.

The 6-0, 215-pounder carried was the primary focus of the Cougar offense as Ranch rolled to a 13-2 record and reached the Class 5A Division I state semifinals.

Nlemchi has an offer from Tulsa with high interest from Texas A&M, SMU and Arkansas. Nlemchi is coming off a strong showing at the U.S. Army Junior Combine in San Antonio.
