Keep it going

After two of the most dismal shooting performances from 3-point range in recent memory, Nebraska bounced back and hit six 3s against Hofstra on Sunday. It's obvious that the Huskers have to produce from the perimeter if they're going to get any sort of offense going, so it will be key for them to come out hot once again if they're to hold off the Trojans.
Win the paint

For the first time all season, Nebraska will go up against a team in USC that is not only as big in the post, but also just as athletic. The Trojans' offense runs through its two 6-foot-10 forwards, very similar to what Nebraska does. So it will be interesting to see how the Huskers respond to finally facing a an opponent its own size.
Control the ball

For some reason, turnovers have been an uncharacteristic problem area for Nebraska this season. Against an opportunistic defensive team like the Trojans, the Huskers have to be careful with the ball and make sure it doesn't give up a lot of points in transition.

Head coach Doc Sadler on the Nebraska bouncing back offensively:

"Have I been disappointed? Sure, I've been disappointed that we didn't win games, but at the same point I wasn't disappointed with our effort, I wasn't other disappointed with our attitude, and I know the shots will start falling for us because we're good shooters."
NU forward Jorge Brian Diaz on the Huskers' performance at the Puerto Rico Tip-Off:

"They were decent. It would have been better if we could got those two wins - those first games. I guess we got this last one to get us going back to Nebraska with some positive energy. "

Nebraska 67-65
