Antwine is down to two

Rivals250 defensive tackle Brandon Antwine out of Garland, Texas appears to be down to two schools according to the Owls coach Jeff Jordan. Who is the 6-foot-1, 275-pounder debating between?

"I think he's down to Florida and Southern Cal, but right now everything is on hold," he said. "These two programs speak for themselves with the tradition and everything they have."

With both visits behind him, has the four-star prospect begun to consider a decision?

"We've talked about it, but he said it's on hold because as long as we keep playing he doesn't want to be distracted."

This Friday Antwine and Garland face another undefeated team in Copperas Cove.

"He's been playing great in the playoffs just like he has all year," Jordan said. "In the past two games he has 17 tackles, four for loss, two sacks and three quarterback pressures. On the year, he's recorded 84 tackles and seven sacks.

"He's been pretty dominant. I can tell this season he's really stepped up his game to another level especially in his down to down intensity and it's obvious he's a man on a mission."
