Draft Tracker

The only things we know for certain about tonight's NBA Draft is that we'll be tracking it pick-by-pick and that a high school player won't be selected.

Greg Oden, a 7-footer from Indianapolis, would probably have been the No. 1 choice before new rules eliminated anybody younger than 19 and not at least one year removed from high school.

Oden is going to Ohio State next season, and the Toronto Raptors will have to look elsewhere for the first player chosen.

''There's no definitive No. 1 pick, but there are a lot of guys out there who are eventually going to play in the league,'' Marty Blake, the NBA's director of scouting, told the Associated Press. ''I'm more excited about this one than any in maybe the last 15 years. It's very deep. I think it's very exciting.''

Will the Raptors keep the No. 1 selection and choose Andrea Bargnani? Will they stay stateside and go with former Texas standout LaMarcus Aldridge, ex-LSU star Tyrus Thomas or Gonzaga legend Adam Morrison?

Whatever the Raptors do, we'll track it for you. Follow along with us, as we see how the 2006 draft unfolds.
