Donovan Peoples-Jones To Visit Michigan This Weekend

Detroit Cass Tech five-star wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones and his fellow Technicians play against Detroit East English Village this Saturday and they kick off at noon. That timing makes it difficult for any prospects from either team to take a visit to a college but Peoples-Jones tweeted that he's finding the time to head to Ann Arbor.

We reported earlier in the week that Peoples-Jones might make it in for the game against Penn State but that his noon kickoff would definitely make it a little tricky. Him tweeting that he'll be in Ann Arbor for sure is a very positive development.

The 6-1, 188-pounder is arguably Michigan's top overall target in the 2017 class as a prospect from a pipeline school and within the state borders. He is a must get for Jim Harbaugh and his staff and things are looking good for the Maize and Blue.

Peoples-Jones has been to Michigan many times, including earlier this year for a behind-the-scenes tour of the medical program, and for the BBQ at The Big House in early August. The return trip this weekend will give him an opportunity to spend more time with fellow five-star wide receiver Nico Collins out of Pinson (Ala.) Clay as well as Iowa City (Iowa) West three-star wide-receiver target Oliver Martin.
