Graham Brown Commits to Michigan

Michigan prep scout Vince Baldwin of Prep Spotlight magazine informed The Wolverine that 6-9, 235-pound power forward/center Graham Brown (right) of Mio (Mich.) H.S. will commit to U-M. Brown plays AAU ball with The Family, and Baldwin works with that team.
Brown is ranked as the No. 7 rising senior in Michigan and a Top-25 power forward nationally by Prep Spotlight. The Bank ranks him No. 8 in the state. Brown selected U-M over interest from Villanova, Notre Dame, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Northwestern, Michigan State, and Marquette.

"Brown is a very athletic big man who runs and jumps extreamly well," Baldwin said. "He has outstanding hands and is fearless in the paint when going to the glass. He has emerged as one of the summers biggest sleepers and is still growing, so he has plenty of 'upside'."
Michigan has two scholarships remaining for the Class of 2002.
