Poole is still averaging 14 points per game for 23-1 La Lumiere. He notched 15 points in a 107-43 win over Gary Lighthouse CPA Feb. 21.

La Lumiere is the nation's No. 2 prep team nationally according to USA Today.

Brooks rallied Spring Grove to a district quarters win, scoring 25 points. He scored 21 points in a previous playoff win over New Oxford (highlights below).

Northeastern blew out Spring Grove, 78-58, Feb. 27 in semifinal play. Brooks scored 35 of Spring Grove’s 58 points, knocking down four triples and going 7-for-7 at the free throw line.

Spring Grove hung around for the first half, but the Bobcats outscored the Rockets, 21-7, in the third quarter to pull away.

Livers is averaging 18 points, 14 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2.4 blocks and 1.7 steals per game for 17-2 Central, which finished No. 8 in the state in the final AP Class A poll. He scored 21 points and added 12 rebounds, six assists and three blocks in a blowout win of Mattawan Feb. 24 and registered 16 points in a 73-63 loss to Romulus Feb. 25.

East English twice had bus trouble, including a breakdown on the highway, and struggled in a 73-58 loss to Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward Feb. 24. DeJulius led all scorers with 21 points on 9-24 shooting.

"The odds were against since this morning," head coach Juan Rickman said. "But we're not one for excuses. it was good to come out and play in an atmosphere like this, where you know the odds are going to be against you. Sometimes this is how its going to be in the states (playoffs). They (St. Edward) have a good program, they're nationally ranked, and we just have to keep on getting better."

DeJulius is averaging 28 points per game for 13-4 East English Village, which finished No. 11 in the AP state Class A rankings headed into the playoffs.
