Christian Turner Goes Blue
Buford (Ga.) High three-star running back Christian Turner announced via Twitter that he has committed to Michigan.
Turner was just on campus last week and immediately the Wolverines jumped to the top of his list. The No. 26 running back and No. 36 prospect in the state of Georgia spent time with Jay and Jim Harbaugh and saw enough to pick Ann Arbor as his future home.
Along with Michigan, Turner held offers from Louisville, Miami, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Tennessee, West Virginia and Wisconsin and several others, but the Wolverines won out. The staff is putting a lot of emphasis on the state of Georgia and over the last two weeks it has paid off. The Wolverine staff has now procured commitments from Turner, along with Georgia natives Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County four-star linebacker Otis Reese and Atlanta Westlake four-star cornerback Myles Sims.
