Here's a look back at some Michigan related recruiting nuggets from throughout the weekend.
Michigan Staff Showing Support For Commit Jalen Mayfield
Grand Rapids (Mich.) Catholic Central three-star offensive tackle and Michigan commit Jalen Mayfield received a graphic from the U-M football team wishing him luck in the Michigan state playoffs.
Mayfield and his Cougars are 12-0 on the season and will take on Escanaba next weekend for the right to play at Ford Field for another state championship.
Michigan Target Shocky Jacques-Louis Decommits From Tennessee
Fort Myers (Fla.) Dunbar three-star athlete Shocky Jacques-Louis announced via Twitter that he has decommitted from Tennessee following the firing of Butch Jones.
The 6-0, 170-pound Jacques-Louis is considered the No. 23 athlete in the country and Michigan likes him at wide receiver. He officially visited Ann Arbor for the Michigan State game and has legitimate interest in the Wolverines.
Michigan quarterback commit Kevin Doyle was also on that visit and is bonding well with Jacques-Louis. He took immediate note of the Floridian's decommitment and plans to work hard on him.
