Suspended Michigan running back Fitz Toussaint will be arraigned on Aug. 28 in 14A4 District Court in Saline for one charge of operating while intoxicated, Saline detective Don Lupi confirmed via email. It is a misdemeanor charge, and the arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m.
