Kyle Meinke • AnnArbor.com
The loyalty program remains in its formative stages, but Brandon said he has a clear idea of what he hopes it will do: Reward students who attend non-revenue sports, as well as show up on time for revenue sports such as football and men's basketball.

Mark Snyder • The Detroit Free Press
Quarterback Denard Robinson should be a weapon for U-M because of his ability to change a play with his legs. So Borges is studying Alabama's games from last year against all types of offenses, although the Wolverines could face a unit with six new starters.

Michigan increased football ticket prices for this fall's six home games, but could another increase be in the works? It certainly seems that's the direction.

Dawson Bell • The Detroit Free Press
University of Michigan Athletic Director Dave Brandon sounded more like a corporate turnaround specialist than jock in a presentation at the state capital today, describing the transformation of U-M sports during his 2-year tenure from a fractious culture that clung to the past to one that is working together and embracing change.

John Borton • TheWolverine.com
Brady Hoke has never wavered on his contention that the "Ohio" game is "the … most … important … game … on … that … schedule." Nor should he. If he does what he plans to do over the next several years, other match-ups that look like titanic showdowns now could very well shrink back to historical proportions in the not-too-distant future.

Nick Baumgardner • AnnArbor.com
Sixteen months is certainly more than enough time to change your mind, and it's also a large enough window to draw even more interest, take more phone calls from other programs and reconsider everything within the recruiting world. But for Irvin, that's just not happening. He's still every bit in love with the school he chose now as he was the day he decided it'd be his new home.

target="_blank"> Recruiting: Michigan commitments, targets bound for All-Star camps
Tim Sullivan • The Detroit Free Press
The summer camp season is typically when high school prospects to get noticed by colleges and play their way into a scholarship offer. Michigan's accelerated recruiting pace for the 2013 class has changed that, so it's unlikely the Wolverines will unearth many rising seniors deserving of offers at their summer camp this year.
