The Latest: One look at his offer list and it's
clear that Tutt is expected to be one of the top prospects in the
country for the 2018 class. Michigan is the first northern school
to get in on him and if he's at all interested in the Big Ten or
leaving the region to play his college football, the Wolverines
coaches will have a leg up on everyone else. There isn't much out
there on Tutt yet so it's unknown how much he likes the Maize and
Blue.
