The Latest: Michigan joins Kentucky as the first programs to offer Woods, with both coming on the same day. He has a teammate, 2016 linebacker Erroll Thompson, being recruited by both schools, as well. Since those schools are in first, it's likely that they'll feature prominently in his recruitment, at least in the early stages.
