The Latest: Weaver participated in Michigan's Saturday evening satellite camp in the Fort Lauderdale area, and within a couple days, the Maize and Blue decided they'd seen enough to offer him. U-M isn't his first Power-5 offer, but it's certainly the biggest to date with other competition including Illinois, Syracuse, and some lower-level programs. Getting in the door early is big, and the Maize and Blue should have a great shot at him, particularly if he makes his way to campus this summer.
