OL Kai-Leon Herbert Trims The List

Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage offensive lineman Kai-Leon Herbert is a priority for Michigan in the 2017 class, and the Wolverines will live another day in his recruitment.

Florida remains the favorite for the Rivals250 prospect - and with a commitment date "coming," and almost certainly before his senior season, maybe a tough one to beat - but the Maize and Blue are among the nine others still in the hunt. Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia, Miami, Louisville, Ole Miss, LSU, and Duke are the others looking to unseat UF.

Herbert is just one of several players from American Heritage School holding offers from the Wolverines. U-M signed tight end Nick Eubanks in the 2016 class.
