Rivals250 WR DJ Allen Shares Latest On Michigan
DJ Allen is one of the country’s fastest rising recruits.
The 2022 wide receiver out of Gladewater (Texas) High went from little known low three-star recruit to a Top 250 prospect nationally. Allen has also notched some major offers on the recruiting trail.
“Recruiting was slow at first, but then it took off after the season,” Allen said. “I knew I was going to blow up, but I just didn’t know when. It’s amazing. I got offers I never thoughts I was going to get.”

Michigan did a tremendous job of evaluating Allen early on. In fact, Michigan was the first Power Five program to jump in the mix for Allen back in January.
The fact that U-M showed up first to the party has Allen legitimately interested in the Wolverines.
