Medina (Ohio) bigman Jon Teske is Michigan's first commitment of the 2016 class. The 6-10, 210-pounder committed to the Wolverines this afternoon.
Earlier this week, Teske told TheWolverine.com Hoops Recruiting Editor Chris Balas that U-M was on him more than any other school.
"Michigan is recruiting me the hardest, probably, and that's why they're on top," he said. "The top two right now are Michigan and Ohio State, and I think it will come down to those two."
Today, that list was narrowed down to one, and John Beilein's Wolverines are the beneficiaries. Teske is U-M's first pledge in the 2016 class.
