Trey Burke earns second straight team MVP honor

Michigan sophomore point guard Trey Burke earned his second straight Bill Buntin Award as Michigan's MVP, adding to his expanding assortment of trophies. He also earned the Gary Grant Award for most assists (260) after becoming only the eighth Wolverine to crack 400 in his career (416).
Freshman big man Mitch McGary earned three team awards - the Steve Grote Hustle Award, the Sixth Man Award and the Loy Vaught Rebounding Award. McGary averaged 14.3 points and 10.7 rebounds during U-M's six-game tournament stretch.

Senior guard Matt Vogrich earned the Bodnar Award for Academic Achievement for the second time in his career. He will graduate in April from the prestigious Stephen M. Ross School of Business and already has a job waiting at IBM near Chicago.
Junior Tim Hardaway Jr. earned the Rudy Tomjanovich Most Improved Player Award, redshirt junior Jordan Morgan the Wayman Britt Outstanding Defensive Player Award, fifth-year senior guard Corey Person the Thad Gardner Leadership Award, freshman guard Nik Stauskas the Award for Outstanding Free Throw Shooting and frosh Glenn Robinson III the Iron Man Award.
Finally, redshirt sophomore Jon Horford took home the Travis Conlan Sportsmanship Award.
