Trio of football veterans to leave

Michigan's football roster has experienced some late-January attrition, with three Wolverines that will not be on the roster for the 2014 season.
Potential fifth-year seniors Richard Ash and Josh Furman, along with potential fourth-year senior Thomas Rawls, have been granted release from their scholarships. Ash and Furman played defensive tackle and safety, respectively, while Rawls put in three seasons at running back.

Furman recorded 11 tackles with one pass breakup.
