Watch Viramontes in action

Norco (Calif.) High School dual-threat quarterback Victor Viramontes is a perfect of example of what Jim Harbaugh calls a "football player". At 6-1, 205-pounds, he doesn't look like a prototypical quarterback but he has an absolute cannon for an arm.
Viramontes is a three-star prospect and is the No. 19 dual-threat quarterback in the country and the No. 56 player in the talent-rich state of California. Viramontes showed everyone what he was capable of at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge in Baltimore, taking home quarterback MVP honors after picking defenses apart during the 7-on-7 portion of the event.
His skill set could see him playing another position in college. Our own Tim Sullivan saw him in person at the Fresno camp where he earned his Michigan offer and thinks a future at running back is possible, and some other coaches think he could even have a future as a linebacker. He's versatile and hard-nosed and should fit in perfectly under Jim Harbaugh.
