Michigan head coach confirmed what's been circulating for the last couple of days ... freshman wide receiver Tarik Black is out indefinitely with a broken bone in his foot.
Black suffered the injury late in the 29-13 win over Air Force and was carted off the field. He leads the team with 149 yards (11 catches) and had scored one touchdown.
“He’s going to be out,” Harbaugh said. “He’s going to need surgery. He’s got a crack in his foot, outside of his foot.”
Harbaugh said "I don't know" when asked if the injury was a season-ender.
Fifth-year senior running back Ty Isaac was also taken off with what appeared to be an injury to his midsection, but Harbaugh had better news on that front.
“He’s going to be OK,” Harbaugh said.
