2016 Projection
Eubanks looks and plays a lot like former Wolverine Devin Funchess, splitting out wide often for American Heritage High School. His blocking is unrefined and needs significant work. He could probably benefit from a redshirt season, but with a 6-6 frame, Eubanks could prove too enticing to keep off the field in 2016.
Michigan has three strong returning tight ends in senior Jake Butt, redshirt junior Khalid Hill and redshirt sophomore Ian Bunting, but it is looking like at least one of its two freshmen — Sean McKeon is the other — will play some snaps next season. McKeon has the headstart by enrolling early, but Eubanks might have more physical skill.
