ESPN analyst Jay Bilas was among those who questioned it all night, perplexed at the physicality allowed and many of the calls.

What started as a brickfest, both teams seemingly content to win a game in the 30s or 40s, quickly turned into something resembling a hockey game, complete with hip checks, arm grabs and less "freedom of motion" we've seen in a Big Ten game since Mateen Cleaves was ripping jerseys at Michigan State.
