Offensive lineman Phillip Paea has committed to Michigan today, he confirmed to TheWolverine.com's Tim Sullivan via text.
The 6-4, 277-pounder from Berrien Springs, Mich., is the 10th pledge in the 2017 class, the second offensive lineman and the third player from U-M's own backyard, joining Orchard Lake St. Mary's four-star linebacker Joshua Ross and Oak Park three-star offensive lineman Ja'Raymon Hall.
Paea visited Michigan unofficially Friday night for the Wolverines' spring game along with a trove of other prospects. He held offers from Miami, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Oregon and Southern Cal among others.
