Fifth-year senior center Patrick Kugler has gone through a quiet career at Michigan, mostly behind the scenes. That could change dramatically this fall.

Kugler came out of spring practice looking like Michigan's starting center, and the veteran is excited about the prospect. He's working harder than ever to get ready for the season.

His preparation even includes yoga, like he talks about in this video segment.
