Michigan has offered Pittsburg (Kan.) High School 2017 strongside defensive end Trevor Kent. Here's a quick look at the player.

Iowa State, Northwestern

Michigan is in on Kent early as just his third offer. He has heard from a multitude of Power-5 programs including Minnesota, Kansas State and Notre Dame. Back in August, before any offers had come through, a pair of schools were standing out to Kent.

"Minnesota is tops for me right now," Kent said. "It was pretty amazing when I went up there with the facilities. A lot of the coaches are from my hometown. I really like it up there. Iowa State would probably be second. It's the same thing - I really love the coaches and atmosphere up there."

Michigan is Kent's biggest offer and it will be interesting to see how he speaks about the Maize and Blue moving forward.
