The Pylon 7v7 circuit will travel to Houston this weekend for a loaded tournament featuring a number of talented teams and recruits.
Fast 7v7 will look to keep the trophy home and has the roster to do just that. Rivals100 Florida State defensive back commit Travis Hunter, Rivals250 Texas cornerback commit Jaylon Guilbeau, Rivals100 Texas running back commit Jaydon Blue and Rivals100 Georgia cornerback commit Deyon Bouie are just a few of the elite recruits on Fast’s stacked roster.
Texas Stars, which had an impressive showing at Pylon Dallas, a few weeks ago will look to challenge the Pylon circuit titan that is Fast. The squad also boasts highly touted recruits like Rivals100 defensive back and ex-LSU commit Bryce Anderson and elite 2023 Texas running back pledge Rueben Owens.
PPA Houston will be a threat to win it all as well. The team features three-star 2022 defensive back Chandler Rivers, who has offers from Duke, Colorado, Ole Miss and others, Houston defensive back commit Dorian Friend and 2023 tight end Jayce Jones, who holds a Memphis offer.
KFA and All-En are two other Houston-based teams to watch. KFA is home to Rivals250 Texas A&M cornerback commit Bobby Taylor, while All-En features top 2023 cornerback Jacoby Davis, who has offers from Michigan, Auburn, Baylor and others.
Dallas-based Team Grind is no stranger to winning major tournaments. Grind has plenty of homegrown talent on its roster, including Rivals250 safety Chace Biddle, who holds offers from Michigan, Oklahoma, TCU and others, rising 2022 cornerback Anthony Davis, who has offers from Baylor, Colorado, Kansas and others, and rising 2022 athlete Qualon Farrar, who has offers from Houston, Kansas, Missouri and others.
Bullitt, Cat Takeover, Grand Elite, Juice, Katy Cardinals, Kream, Pass Gray, Red Tails, STE Blue, Texas Elite and Texas Smoke make up the rest of the field.
