Rivals has once again updated its 2021 football recruiting rankings.

The latest update just happened a couple of months ago, so most of the rankings actually stayed the same.

Instead of giving an overview thoughts piece like I normally do when rankings come out, I’m going to simply give takes on Michigan targets that got significant bumps or drops.
