Michigan scored another commitment when Rivals250 defensive end Quintin Somerville pulled the trigger and gave the Wolverines a verbal pledge on Saturday.
The 6-foot-3, 233-pounder from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro committed to Michigan over offers from Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Ohio State, Stanford, UCLA, Washington and several other major programs.
Somerville is the 18th member of Michigan’s 2021 recruiting class.
