Csonte York dismissed

Sophomore wide receiver Csont'e York has been dismissed from the University of Michigan football program, head coach Brady Hoke said in a statement today:
"Csont'e York has been dismissed from the Michigan football program. Representing the University of Michigan is a privilege and, while second chances are certainly deserved, sometimes it's better for everyone if that happens somewhere else. Overall, I have been proud of how responsible our team has been this offseason and how hard they've worked to prepare for the season."

York faces misdemeanor charges stemming from an incident outside an Ann Arbor bar earlier this summer. While awaiting charges, York was held out of the team's fall camp with an indefinite suspension. Now, he will not return to the Wolverines.
York was a three-star recruit in the Wolverines' 2013 class, and participated in one game as a reserve wide receiver.
