Class of 2019 West Lafayette (Ind.) High four-star defensive end George Karlaftis plans to announce his college decision tonight after his game against Benton Central.
The Indiana native has a final three of Miami (FL), Michigan and Purdue.
Karlaftis has racked up eight sacks in nine games so far this season for the 8-1 Red Devils. He also has has 66 tackles, eight tackles for loss and two forced fumbles.
The 6-5, 240-pounder holds impressive offers from the likes of Alabama, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Penn State, and is rated as the No. 178 overall player in the country.
The Wolverines already have two defensive ends committed in their 2019 class — Norcross (Ga.) Greater Atlanta Christian five-star Christopher Hinton and Louisville (Ky.) Trinity four-star Stephen Herron.
