The University of Michigan responded to the Big Ten through their attorneys and attorney Tom Mars representing Jim Harbaugh has published a letter he sent as well. Mars letter is addressed to Chad Hawley, Senior Vice President, Policy at the Big Ten.

Yahoo Sports Dan Wetzel initially published the letter.
