Hemingway: Its Michigan

Michigan landed a big commitment from four-star wide receiver Junior Hemingway out of Conway, S.C. today, the Wolverines' 12th verbal pledge from the class of 2007. Hemingway picked U-M over South Carolina and Notre Dame during a press conference at his school.
In fact, Hemingway placed a hat from each school on the table before reaching for the Michigan hat and placing it on his head.

"I wanted to get the monkey off my back before the season started," he said at his presser.
Hemingway, a Rivals.com four-star prospect and the No. 14 receiver in the country, was a Michigan camper last summer and visited again unofficially last fall. He played quarterback as a sophomore but moved to receiver last season, catching 52 passes for 842 yards (16.2 avg.) with 10 touchdowns. He also returned kicks and punts.
"I like everything about Michigan," Hemingway said in a recent Rivals.com story - a good thing, since he's now a Wolverine.
