The nation's top kicker recruit is no longer a Nittany Lion. Rockford (Mich.) three-star Quinn Nordin made it official on his Twitter account.

Nordin's list had previously included Baylor, Michigan, Penn State, and USC, but with the Nittany Lions likely off the table, it will come down to the other three.

The 6-3, 200-pounder took several unofficial visits to Ann Arbor this season, and his official visit Jan. 15. He is the No. 20 recruit in the state of Michigan.
