Maze becomes U-Ms 11th verbal
TheWolverine.com has confirmed that Alabama athlete Marquis Maze, a 5-foot-8, 160-pound three-star prospect, has offered his verbal commitment to Michigan after receiving a scholarship offer this summer.
Maze was visited by U-M running backs coach Fred Jackson earlier this summer, upon which time he was tendered an offer, his mother reported on Thursday evening. The Maze family tripped to Ann Arbor to check out the campus, and after liking what he saw, Maze committed to the Wolverines on Wednesday.

Maze becomes Michigan's 11th verbal commitment in this class. Maze is considered a sleeper recruit, though he is ranked the No. 19 player in the state of Alabama by Rivals.com.
