It appears Michigan is out for three-star, 2018 forward Hunter Tyson.

Tyson took an official visit last weekend to Davidson and is looking to set one up to Clemson, but probably no others.

“I’m supposed to talk to Clemson this week about scheduling an official with them,” Tyson told GoUpstate.com, adding he enjoyed his visit to Davidson. “Clemson is the only school I’m talking to about taking an official trip. They are saying they really want me and I could be a great player in their program. They really want me.”

Michigan, Wake Forest, Tennessee, Charlotte and Elon are his other options. He wouldn't give either of his leaders the edge.

“I can’t say I’m leaning either way right now," he said. "I really like both. I really could see myself playing and being a good piece in both programs. I’m just trying to make the right decision, take my time and pray about it.”

Tyson averaged 27 points and 10 rebounds per game last season. He visited U-M unofficially in the summer, picking up his offer.
