Michigan knows a little something about recruiting running backs from Memphis, Tennessee. In 2018 U-M attempted to sign Eric Gray, a four-star back from Memphis before he eventually spurned the Wolverines and stayed home to play for the Volunteers. Now, Michigan has another shot as an offer has gone out to junior running back Jabari Small.
