Last Thursday, Bolingbrook (Ill.) sophomore defensive back Parrker Westphal had zero scholarship offers. He picked up his first on Friday, when West Virginia came calling to Bolingbrook High School. Yesterday saw a deluge of new offers, with four Big Ten schools throwing their hats in the ring. Michigan was the first to enter the fray, followed by Ohio State, Iowa, and Illinois.
