3. Chuck Filiaga —The redshirt junior offensive guard has a lot of talent, but he needs to be in better shape and keep that motor running full time on the field to earn a spot. There are two open, and there have been rumblings that he’s really starting to “get it” and what it takes to play at this level. That’s important given that there are two starting guard spots open. He still has a chance to be really good.
