Keep it locked here as we provide updates all weekend long on how the Michigan Wolverines' football players are performing at the NFL combine in Indianapolis.

We will have the latest on how they all do in their on-field drills, what's being said about them by analysts and more.

Quarterback Shea Patterson and wideout Donovan Peoples-Jones will kick off the action today with their on-field workouts.

10:46 PM — Peoples-Jones jumps to haul in a 14-yard pass with his hands along the sideline.

10:40 PM — Patterson slightly underthrows another 40-yard pass, in which his receiver was forced to dive along the sideline to make the catch.

His next throw was much more accurate, however.

Patterson's third 40-yard throw saw his wideout make an over-the-shoulder diving catch.

10:31 PM — Patterson overthrows his receiver badly on a 10-and-out, with the ball having no chance of being caught.

10:21 PM — Patterson once again throws three accurate balls 45 yards downfield, though his wideouts had to decelerate slightly on all three in order to haul them in.

10:18 PM — Patterson rockets a reasonably thrown deep ball 40 yards downfield to his wideout, though it was slightly underthrown and his receiver had to slow up.

10:11 PM — Patterson overthrows his receiver badly 20 yards downfield.

10:07 PM — Patterson delivers two perfectly thrown passes 20 yards down the middle of the field, and then a third that was slightly behind his receiver but still caught.

"He has the ability to escape and the athletic ability, and can throw on the move," Jeremiah said. "He's very athletic but locks in on his first read and forces the ball.

"He doesn't have a huge arm, but his hope is his athletic ability could make a roster and help him a team out of a game. I don't view him as a potential starter."

10:05 — Patterson delivers a perfectly thrown 10-yard out along the sideline.

9:51 PM — Peoples-Jones hauls in six of the seven passes perfectly in his second try on the gauntlet drill, but bobbled one and never fully secured it.

9:44 PM — Peoples-Jones hauls in all seven passes perfectly with his hands in the combine's gauntlet drill.

9:37 PM — Peoples-Jones runs a go route from the 10-yard line, and hauls in a beautifully thrown deep ball over his right shoulder at the 50-yard line with ease.

9:28 PM — Runyan puts up 24 reps on the bench press.

9:21 PM — Peoples-Jones runs a 4.48 on his second 40 attempt, a significant improvement over the 4.56 he posted the first time around.

"It's all in the start," Jeremiah observed.

9:04 PM — Peoples-Jones runs a 4.56 40 on his first attempt of the night.

"This guy is an athlete, but is an enigma in terms of production. He's already blowing things up here," NFL Network analyst Charles Davis said before the wideout ran.

"He strided that [40-yard dash] out — relax a little bit and you'll run faster," Jeremiah added.

8:52 PM — Patterson improves his 40 time the second time around, running a 4.67 after tallying a 4.73 on his first attempt.

"He runs around and makes plays," Jeremiah opines of Patterson. "The issue with him is he'll get locked in on his first read sometimes and forces the ball, trying to make things happen."

"There were just not enough big plays in big spots," NFL Network host Rich Eisen adds. "It'll be interesting to see who succeeds him at the position. We wish Patterson all the best here, and it's been fun watching him the past few years."

8:44 PM — Patterson records a 4.73 40-yard dash on his first attempt of the night.

"He's a good athlete and should run ok," Jeremiah says of Patterson.

7:46 PM — Peoples-Jones finishes with a 44.5" vertical jump and a 11'7" broad jump, both of which were tops among wide receivers.

The wideout's 44.5" vertical jump was the second best among wideouts at the combine since 2006.

6:42 PM — The first group of receivers are currently running their 40-yard dashes, but Peoples-Jones has not run yet and will take part with the second group later.

6:13 PM — The first group of quarterbacks are currently running their 40-yard dashes, but Patterson is not participating; he will take part with the second group.

4:35 PM — NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah lists center Cesar Ruiz as his No. 37 overall prospect in this year's draft, and the best Wolverine on his board.

4:03 PM — The fact that tight end Sean McKeon won't take part in any of the drills does not come as a surprise, especially when considering he sat out January's Senior Bowl with injury.
