Power Ranking The Michigan Recruiting Targets From Pylon Dallas
The Wolverine's EJ Holland was in Dallas over the weekend for the Pylon 7v7 underclassmen tournament, which featured several Michigan targets in the 2022 and 2023 recruiting classes.
Here are Holland's thoughts on each Michigan recruit with an offer from his time at the event.
Players are ranked from best performance to worst.
1. ATH Kaleb Brown, Chicago (Ill.) St. Rita
I obviously get to see Brown a ton since I live in Chicago. But this was an opportunity to watch him against some of the best defensive backs in the country. And he didn't disappoint. Brown was the most dominant player on the field on the first day of the tournament — it wasn't close — and he made his fair share of plays on the second day as he helped lead Midwest Boom to the title game. I haven't see a player this explosive in this setting since Alabama's Jaylen Waddle. Brown is built like a running back and plays it at the high school level but is a killer out of the slot. His speed in short space is a killer, and his versatility makes him one of the nation's most dangerous offensive weapons.
