Former Michigan star Jordan Poole is waking up as a very happy man as Poole and the Golden State Warriors have agreed to a contract extension.

The Warriors announced the news officially on Sunday via its Twitter account.

While the Warriors did not release financial details of the extension, multiple reports suggest that Poole received a four-year $140 million extension with the franchise.

He was selected No. 28 overall in the 2019 NBA Draft and has played a key role off the bench for the Warriors, who are coming off a NBA championship during the 2021 season.
