Scrimmage Highlights: Ambry Thomas, Joshua Ross, Kalon Gervin

Michigan high school football officially kicks off on Thursday this week but last week several of the state's top teams were getting ready by taking each other on in a four-way scrimmage format.

Detroit Martin Luther King four-star cornerback Ambry Thomas was in action against Hartland, Northville, and Romulus earlier in the day, while Orchard Lake St. Mary's and Detroit Cass Tech squared off later in the evening pitting Michigan commit Joshua Ross and Michigan offeree Kalon Gervin against one another.

All of the action was heated and made everyone even hungrier for real football to get underway in just over 48 hours.
